Does my workers’ compensation reflect my lost wages, future wages, or bonuses in Alabama?

If you are taken off work by the authorized treating physician, your employer’s workers’ compensation carrier should pay you 66 2/3% of your average weekly wage, which is comprised of the 52 weeks of wages you earned with your employer prior to your on the job accident. Your employer can choose to pay you your regular wages.
